The Process

  • Because we are a local PNW, small business (aka just one dude doing everything really) shipping is not as fast as ‘that other Seattle based online company that started as a bookstore’. We will try and ship all orders within 3 business days, often as quickly as 1 business day.

Shipping to the US

  • You will get an email confirmation once the item has shipped, often with a tracking number (if possible).
  • For accessories (stickers, magnets and pennants) items will be shipped out of Washington State and should arrive in 3-5 business days. Sooner if you are in Washington!


  • Unless otherwise noted, apparel is sourced from Bella + Canvas and American Apparel, who are both ethical, anti-sweatshop premium apparel manufacturers.   • We partner with as many small, local PNW businesses as possible. Yes, this means our costs are a little higher than outsourcing to other states or countries, but we like giving back to the other awesome businesses in our area.
  • 5% of sales is proudly donated to organizations that are dedicated to supporting Mount Rainier: (WA National Park Fund, Mount Rainier Visitor’s Association, National Park Foundation)
  • Payments are processed safely and securely via the industry leading payment processor, Stripe. We don’t save your payment information anywhere and Stripe uses top, bank-level encryption and security to keep your information safe.


  • Your satisfaction is our top priority! Brand new, unused apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (this is rarely necessary). Returns must include a copy of your receipt. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. A refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Contact us if you have a return.
